Service and R&D of innovative water technology website

The wastewater generated in the precious metal recovery and refining industry is highly diverse and complex.  Consequently, the preferred method for treating wastewater often involves thermal treatment, ultimately leading to its conversion into solid waste.  In this case, the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has adopted advanced bioprocessing technologies, namely BioNET technology and AFB (Anaerobic Fluidized Bed), as the core solutions for wastewater treatment. Simultaneously, the smart water quality monitoring approach is applied to wastewater diversion management, it ultimately reduces the capacity of wastewater requiring thermal treatment by over 70％.
